Meet The Team

Kacy is Co-Owner and Executive Account Manager of Lakeshore PR & Marketing Communications. She is passionate about the clients she works with and is always striving toward making PR services attainable for businesses of all sizes. Being a business owner-operator herself, Kacy understands the unique obstacles entrepreneurs face during their day-to-day operations and wants to see them continue to grow through marketing.

Kacy has a formal education in PR, Media Studies and Communications from the University of Guelph-Humber as well as Humber College. With her credentials, she has worked in the tourism, cannabis, education, health and wellness, beauty, government, and not-for-profit industries. She lives and works in Muskoka, enjoys travel, spending time with her family and embracing new experiences.

Jaden has been helping people improve their social media presence since high school, as someone "raised online" the world of digital marketing is second nature.

Jaden has experience in the cannabis industry having owned his own store for 2 years and has done PR, marketing and event coverage in many industries including: Music, law, not-for-profit, travel/airline, retail, nutrition, politics and finance.
